The Cecil "Cec" Eckhoff collection contains a VHS recording of Eckhoff's memorial service held 28 June 1997. Eckhoff was born 2 August 1929. He graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in 1956. As a student, Eckhoff was active in many campus organizations, including Omega Kappa fraternity and Inter-Greek Senate. In addition, he was a member of the Guild of St. Ansgar, an honor society. Eckhoff served as head of the Alumni Affairs at Gustavus from 1963-1994.
